Primo PDF converts just about any file type to a PDF, using the print command from the source program the file was created in. In the latest version, the program comes with desktop icon that you can drag and drop files onto for quick conversion, as well as performance improvements and minor changes throughout the program.

Users can now always save PDFs to the same folder, or opt to choose a new folder for each PDF creation. You can also Append or Overwrite an already existing PDF, and more easily create and edit document properties and PDF security from the main PrimoPDF interface. Publisher NitroPDF also claims that the program starts faster, and we did notice that it launched quicker than before--note that this was an empirical judgment, though. Primo's size has been reduced slightly to 7.38MB, and the new drag-and-drop icon also serves as a program launch icon, making it easier to manage the app. The four conversion quality settings have been exposed upfront, too, so you can easily toggle quality settings from Screen to eBook to Print to Prepress. There's a Custom setting, as well.

The conversion process from whatever document is on your screen to PDF is quick and efficient. Other features include a password-protection feature that can be used for restricting reading, editing, or printing the PDF. However, trying to create a PDF while the interface was already open resulted in neither a new PDF nor a warning that there had been a failure. The interface also sports an ad for other PDF-related software made by Nitro that takes up half the interface. Those hitches aside, PrimoPDF is an effective tool for quick and casual PDF creation.

It's not much to look at, but this program quickly and easily helps users convert files into PDF format, and comes at no cost.

PDF Creator has a very basic interface that won't win it any beauty contests. However, by keeping the visuals to a minimum, users will be able to quickly and easily navigate the program and get right to the task at hand. PDFCreator appears as a small, white, rectangular box with a thin strip of command icons along the top. Here you can print, look at options, navigate your files, and open new files. Below the strip is an open space that displays your selected file's name, size, and status.

After selecting a file for conversion, users are taken to another simple screen. This one asks users to create a file name, creation date, author, keyword and subject for the soon-to-be-created PDF. At the bottom of the screen are commands for saving the PDF or emailing it. The email option instantly adds the PDF as an attachment in your Outlook email.

We were impressed with the speed and ease we converted our files to PDF with PDFCreator. There may be more flashy conversion programs available, or ones that try to do more than this one, but for those just looking for an inexpensive and simple PDF converter, this one fits the bill nicely.

Benefits and Efficacy of Sleep Day

In general, people must have known about the benefits of napping, be it a benefit for the children nap or a nap for health benefits including benefits of naps for adults.

The study said that napping could also prove to sharpen memory. But, of course not arbitrary nap. And here is a clue about the quality of the nap.

1. 10 Minutes
Nap for 10 minutes directly eliminates the rigidity and improve the workings of the brain for at least 2.5 hours. Meanwhile, if only 5 minutes, it's useless.

2. 20 Minutes

5. 90-110 Minutes
"The average sleep cycle of less than 90 minutes, the ideal time for a nap in a long time. If a nap is more than that time, possibly a sign of sleep disorders," said Dr. Winter.
